Rail transport has the advantages of large capacity,low cost,no pollution, all weather and so on. It has been an important way of transportation to the national economy and the people’s livelihood,which is also the major artery of the national economy.By the end of 2015,China railway has completed runs mileage of more than 120,000 Kilometers, ranking second in the world.With the acceleration of the modernization of the railway, manual maintenance of the line can not meet the requirements of high speed and heavy load on line safety and quality. Large railway maintenance machines are therefore put into use for maintenance and other work of the railway line instead of the artificial detection,with the advantages of high precision and high efficiency to effectively protecting the safety of modern railway operation.As the continuous putting into use of a large number of equipments,the operation, management and maintenance of the equipment put forward higher requirements. From a period of time, the equipment management, fault diagnosis, information utilization and so on are relatively backward, and the rapid development of large equipment is not suitable. In the research topic of this thesis for machine fault diagnosi, we use embedded system for the entire vehicle sensor signal of acquisition and digital processing,Through the ZigBee wireless mesh LAN, the signal is transmitted to PC and PC then collects, assembly, packages and pre processes the digital signal, then through the 3G Internet communication module to a remote database server,and lastly the server reads the data and the storage of data for the app server that provides secure storage, data management, data query, and other services. The app server provides dynamic information service for client application,through the base station, which is helpful for rapid diagnosis and treatment of large machine failure to ensure the safety of railway transportation.The thesis focuses on two ways.One is the use of Mesh ZigBee wireless network for data collection, equipment selection,and the design of the remote database,APP server setup,which has solved the problems of setting wires and high trequancy of faults.The other is the actualization of fault dignosis by mobile APP,which has effectively solved the problem of production management and technical personnel’s real-time need for machine data,switching the fault diagnosis of large equipment from internet to mobile internet,from central control room to the hands of the workers on the scene.By this way,it not only provides great convenience for technical personnel,but an effective platform for the information share of large equipment.
