The fire vehicle is one of the most important equipment of the fire team, the level of its manufacturing level marks the national fire protection strength. In our country, for high class high-end fire truck is mainly dependent on imports, but the price is high. Due to the current construction industry unprecedented makes city edifice extremely prominent problem of high altitude fire meet the eye everywhere. Compared with the speed of development of domestic city edifice, fire engine development inferior by comparison. This requires us to the development of elevating fire engine is urgent. However, in more than 30 fire trucks get 3C certified manufacturing factory, annual output of more than 500 is one of the few. In this case, how to improve the fire vehicle product manufacturing quality and meet the social needs of the parties the number per unit of product requirements, we need to think and find a solution to the problem.This paper introduces the fire truck industry operating characteristics of many varieties and small batch, according to a thorough investigation and study the production of fire car company F, the company adopts the production mode of mass line operations and used in engineering machinery in the production process of fire engines, the production efficiency is not high. Based on this background, this paper provides quality and efficiency for the purpose of F fire truck assembly line of production research, and reference the takt time map management method in the process of lean production, and find the bottleneck process. This paper proposes to improve the efficiency of the bottleneck process control scheme and implement; at the same time on the complexity of the production process that process reengineering method and collaborative reform.In this paper, the development bottleneck process improvement measures, drawn up after the implementation of the improved tempo map; the face of complex production processes implemented process reengineering, simplifies the process. By comparing and improving the production process reengineering process before and after the tact map, you can see the F company truck production efficiency greatly. This will provide a reference point in the industry, simultaneously enhancing domestic truck manufacturing standards.
