A Study On Design And Flow Field Simulation Of Submersible Pump

Centrifugal pump is a kind of general machinery.Centrifugal pump is widely used in all aspects of the national economy,but the centrifugal pump is high energy consumption and low efficiency.Many scholars have studied the centrifugal pump,and the efficiency of the centrifugal pump has not been significantly improved.The structure of the centrifugal pump is complex.The flow situation of internal flow field is very complex,The flow field of the internal flow field is very complicated,and the complex structure and flow field bring great difficulties to the research of the centrifugal pump,which makes the design of the centrifugal pump limited to a certain extent.Centrifugal pump research needs to be improved.In recent years,with the development of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method,it provides a powerful tool.Based on the study of the flow mechanism of the centrifugal pump,the flow characteristics of the centrifugal pump are studied by numerical simulation.Visualization of the flow in the centrifugal pump,the use of numerical simulation results to guide the design of the pump has become possible and high reliability.Based on computational fluid dynamics,numerical simulation is used in this paper.The3 D model of centrifugal pump is constructed by using the CFTurbo software of water conservancy machinery,Using CFD software NUMECA to simulate the flow passage of impeller.The Reynolds averaged N-S equation is discretized by the finite volume method.The Spalart-Allmaras turbulence model and the NUMECA central difference scheme are used to solve the problem.In this paper,the numerical simulation of the flow field of the impeller under the other 4 speeds is carried out,and the velocity and pressure distribution of the fluid in the centrifugal pump at different speeds are obtained.Reflect the flow inside the pump,Revealing the characteristics of internal flow in centrifugal pump,The reason of influencing the efficiency of centrifugal pump is discussed,It provides an important theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of centrifugal pump and reducing the energy consumption of centrifugal pump..
