| In the background of the rapid development of China industrialization and urbanization,the relative shortage of urban resources,weak environmental carrying capacity and other urban problems continue to increase.The contradiction between human and environment in the city has become particularly prominent,the development of urbanization has a great influence and impact the ecological balance of nature,so that urban ecological environment construction and city management is facing severe challenges.After the reform and opening up,China has experienced more than 40 years of rapid economic development and rapid urban growth process,China's economy has entered in “new normal” stage and gradually established a “new-type urbanization”strategy.As the core strength of economic development and lead in North China,the role of regional urbanization in the urban agglomeration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is becoming more and more prominent.As the core of economic development and leadership in North China,the role of regional urbanization in the urban agglomeration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is becoming more and more prominent.In2014,Collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has risen to national key strategy,which has highlighting the importance of the integrated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.However,with the rapid development of economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,causing tremendous pressure on the city's ecological environment,while the city scale and grade are quite different,uneven regional economic development,the promotion of new urbanization caused a certain degree of hindrance.Therefore,we must change the developmental pattern,improve the regional ecological efficiency and strengthen urban management.Based on this,this paper selects 168 cities and counties in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2005 to 2013 to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis.Through the selection of relevant index system,using the data envelopment analysis(DEA),Malmquist index analysis and spatial autocorrelation analysis and geographic information technology to make a scientific evaluation of the ecological efficiency,the trend of urban efficiency change and the spatial distribution pattern of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Then,compared with different urban management pattern in the areas of domestic and foreign countries,and proposing some optimization measures of urban ecological management in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,in order to provide scientific theoretical basis and reference for the sustainable development of cities.Firstly,this paper expounds the background,purpose and significance of urban ecological development,management and urban ecological efficiency.Base on the relevant literature to clarify the domestic and foreign urban ecological management and urban ecological efficiency research progress,to understand the scholar's different idea and research methods of urban ecological efficiency and urban ecological management views.Then,by using the method of literature review,this paper summarizes the urban ecological management models of different countries and cities in China and abroad.Secondly,according to the theory of urban ecology and the methodology of index system,combined with the availability of data in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the demand of DEA model,establish an evaluation index system of urban ecological efficiency in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Using 168 districts and counties data of 9 years from 2005 to 2013 in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to evaluation and compare the static and dynamic of urban ecological efficiency.Then,with the support of GIS technology,we visualize the spatial distribution of urban ecological efficiency in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Thirdly,based on the evaluation of urban ecological efficiency in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,measuring the spatial correlation of urban ecologicalefficiency in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Through estimates of city global Moran index of global spatial autocorrelation to study the macro spatial correlation of each city in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.And then,we use local spatial autocorrelation test to visualize the spatial agglomeration and difference of urban efficiency.Fourthly,according to the urban ecological management mode of different countries and typical cities summarized in the article,combined with the calculation results of urban eco-efficiency and the spatial pattern of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,selecting the suitable pattern for urban ecological management in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and give the optimization measures of urban ecological management.Finally,the research results put forward the opportunities and challenges of ecological management in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and give the prospect of further research. |
