In this paper,numerical simulation and experimental analysis are used to analyze the damage effect of the mechanical damage element on the interior of the cabin.Respectively,explosion damage effect,the formation of shock wave fragments and shock wave on the damage effect of fragment cabin pipeline effect of common goal.The results of the analysis are verified by the test results,which provide a reference for improving the survivability of the ship,the equipment and the damage of the warhead.Firstly,the target coordinate system and missile body coordinate system are established,and the transformation matrix is derived.According to the relationship between the explosion center and the target position,the stress formula of the target is obtained.To derive the fragment space dynamic distribution formula of projectile velocity effect,and the establishment of a model fragment hit the target compartment.Using LS-Dyna to simulate and analyze the effect of shock wave damage element in the cabin,and the measurement of several characteristic points in the cabin.In this paper,the characteristic points of the cabin under the 0.57 kg loading shock wave are more than 76.93 kPa damage criterion.The shock wave is formed at the intersection of the bulkhead,and the peak value of the overpressure peak is 4~8 times of the initial shock wave.Then analyze the damage effect of cabin under different loading conditions.0.057 kg charge,shock wave in 10 ms not to side position.In charge of 5.7kg,2.5ms products have been transferred to the cabin explosion on the deck,middle and side weld formation break tear failure together.Then use the Autodyn formation process and the cabin pipeline target fragment impact simulation analysis of wave interaction on the natural fragment.The results of target damage rely mainly on the cylindrical part fragment,cylindrical fragment number accounted for 51.27% of the total,the speed at 1000m/s~1400m/s,the maximum value was 1532m/s and the scattering angle of uniform change.The warhead of the missile afterbody,initial velocity is low,scattering angle change.By the middle of the shape function of pipeline fragment variable is 0.84cm;when subjected to shock wave shape variable is 0.13cm;when the two kinds of damage element interaction,the middle segment of the pipeline shape variables for 0.98 cm.Fragment shock wave interaction along the Z direction is the maximum stress and the shock wave increased 3.5% compared separately.Finally,the test results show that the cabin test results are in accordance with the simulation results.For general purpose,shock wave and fragment can cause damage;but for the thick walls,flexible object(e.g.,line cable)shock wave on the damage caused by the limited damage,mainly from the fragment penetration.
