In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the urbanization in china,a growing number of cities begin to construct urban rail transit systems with independent row or half-independent row to release the pressure of traffic congestion.By the end of 2016,there are 133 urban rail transit lines which distribute in 30 cities in the nationwide, among them,21 cities have more than 2 urban rail transit lines while 6 cities have urban rail transit systems that have been operating more than 200 kilometers.China's urban rail transit has developed into netted organization. In the operation of urban rail transit network, transfer stations perform an important role in citizens' travel efficiency as they are the nodes which connect two or more lines. When the number of transfer stations and passengers are increased, the requirements to the quality of transfer service will be lifted up.One-platform-transfer is deemed to be the most efficient way of transfer, considering that it can largely reduce passengers' transfer distance. To realize one-platform-transfer,line design is a significant step while the design of horizontal and vertical section is far more complicated than the plans of ordinary stations.According to these, this research studies the difficulties of line design, horizontal and vertical design of one-platform-transfer,then puts forward a design plan combined with cases. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the contents and aim of the urban railway line design, the the relationship of different influencing factors among line design, construction cost, energy consumption in train traction and the level of passenger transfer service are studied.(2)The basic layout forms of one-platform-transfer stations are analyzed and the intersection part of the corresponding line from vertical and horizontal sides in different station layouts are studied. The basic proposals of horizontal and vertical design of one-platform-transfer are investigated.(3)By researching to the transfer plan between line A and line B of urban rail transit system in city W,three modes of transferring are designed, and the vertical and horizontal sections of these three modes with the guide of the code of metro are ploted. These three modes of transfer are node transfer, one platform transfer which has one floor, and one platform transfer which has two floors.(4)These three modes are evaluated from the aspects of construction fee, operation energy consumption and passenger transfer service level. The construction costs of transfer stations and the intervals connect to them in three transfer modes are estimated, and the node transfer way is the best. With the help of simulation software, the operation energy consumption of these three modes in different design speed are estimated. When the design speed is 60km/h,the node transfer is the best, only cost 9.2kwh/km.When the design speed is 80km/h,the one platform transfer which has one floor is the best, only cost 9.7kwh/km.When the design speed is 100km/h,the one platform transfer which has two floor is the best, only cost 22.4 kwh/km.When the design speed is 120km/h,the one platform transfer which has two floor is the best, only cost 23.6kwh/km.With the help of the anylogic, the transfer passenger travel time, passenger density on platform and passenger density in waiting areas are calculated by simulating. And one platform transfer which has two floors is the best, the total time spending in transferring is only 355.8h.
