| It was well known that the cardiopathy is the first big murderer which has the greatest threat to human life and health. According to statistics: one of three died people die of these diseases all over the world. The cardiopathy is of the characteristics of unpredictable and high mortality, so real-time monitoring of ECG is particularly important. As people life mode changed and social competition become intense, the incidence of the cardiopathy unceasingly rises and has the trend of low age. Most patients need ECG monitors which could monitor ECG in real time and won't affect the work and life of patients. At present, the wireless monitoring system of the ECG causes domestic and foreign highly recognition. Most ECG monitors are expensive and complicated in operations, so it isn't fit to be used in the family. Therefore, we have developed a real-time sampling, analyzing and alarming instrument for ECG monitoring in family, which can be taken by patients. When the instrument gives the warn signal and the patient has not disarm in a set-up time (about 10s), it is considered that the ECG is abnormal. In this case, the instrument can send the short message to their families through the GPRS wireless network. The patient can be treated in time. Moreover, the instrument is easy to operate and can be used in family.This instrument takes 16-bit ultra-low power micro-controller MSP430F449 belonging to MSP430 series as the core unit, and integrates the ECG amplifier and filter circuit, LCD interface circuit, keyboard interface circuit, serial communication interface circuit and power supply managing circuit. And the instrument is of the functions of sampling and displaying of the ECG waveform, calculation of the heart rate parameter, serial communicating and alarming etc. In order to conquer the problems existing in conventional ECG monitors which could be used in immovable circumstance, an ECG wireless monitoring instrument is designed. The wireless GSM/GPRS module (MC55) produced by Siemens Company is used in the instrument, which communicate with MCU in order to not be limited by environment and dynamic monitoring.After developing the system, we test the performance of system's hardware and software, and the testing results satisfy the design requests. The instrument runs steadily and possesses the features such as the low power, small volume, and good real-time, secure and portability, so it is fit to be used in family health care and is significative to monitor cardiovascular diseases in real time. |
