A Study On On-line Detection And Prevention Of 35kV Transformer Oil Leakage

In power grid system,the substation plays an important,safe,reliable and stable operation.Our country's power grid operation has gradually entered the automation,the power system also develops toward the substation unattended trend.And many power sector also improve towards to “four remote” to monitor the substation.While when it need to deal with accident or disaster,such as theft,fire,knife gate,transformer oil spill,“four remote” cannot cover them.Therefore,the emergence of the “fifth remote”(remote viewing)and application is particularly important.The “fifth remote” can capture the screen,which cannot be captured by “four remote”.It can prevent the possible occurrence of the accident.If the “fifth remote” can be applied in identification of transformer abnormal situation,the human resources will greatly saved and the efficiency of pre-treated will improved.Transformer oil leakage is most abnormal in all abnormal condition.In order to clearly identify the root causes of transformer oil leakage,we need to reach the oil leakage mechanism and prevention methods to analysis different factors on the impact of transformer leakage from different aspects(including qualitative and quantitative).And based on above method,put forward a 35 kV transformer operation and management of technical solutions and organizational measures to prevent transformer oil leakage in advance.By reducing the probability of leakage of oil and reduce the risk of operational failure.Aiming at the abnormality of transformer image and related technology monitored by "remote vision",a method of detecting oil leakage anomaly of transformer based on color histogram method is proposed.Through the analysis of the material properties of the transformer,the leakage oil conditions of the transformer,the environmental impact of the interaction between the three factors,master,analyze the transformer oil leakage of the root causes and solutions.
