Full automatic leucorrhea photoelectric detection instrument which is a kind of integrated detection system,and has high requirements for optical,motion control,image processing and software design,is the automation of medical equipment in soft to light mechanical and electrical integration.It is very important in the clinical detection of gynecological disease.In order to achieve full automatic microscope detection and biochemical detection,it mainly combines manual microscopy and automated biochemical detection in the detection of synthetic leucorrhea into one machine,so as to reduce the errors caused by artificial operation.At the same time,under a large number of samples,the labor intensity of operators can be reduced,and it can improve work efficiently.The design of the software of the automatic leucorrhea photoelectric detector includes the following modules: communication module,control module,user management module,database operation module and interface design module.The whole system is based on windows7 operating system and C++,Qt language,object-oriented programming ideas used in Visual Studio 2012 environment for development.The main research work and achievements are as follows:According to the functional requirements and performance requirements of automatic leucorrhea photoelectric detector,the overall scheme design of the whole system software was put forward.Communication module using of multi-threading technology and asynchronous I/O design sets up the background monitoring thread,realizing the receiving and monitoring of a large number of dates and saving system resources.At the same time,the communication mechanism of timeout retransmission is adopted to ensure the reliability of communication.In addition,this paper using the medical transmission protocol HL7,designed the interface of the automatic leucorrhea photoelectric detector and the hospital LIS system.The data transmission and interaction between the equipment and the LIS system was realized.To achieve the image acquisition function in microscope detection,this paper used a method to read and write image dates by two levels of buffer memory.It effectively solved the problem of true or loss of video.In addition,because of the long code of many operating commands of control module,this part of the code was optimized by the chain of responsibility of software design patterns to make the code more extensible and flexible.In the microscope AF during the study,four evaluation function definition algorithms were compared,finally the Sobel function of the four template can achieve the characteristics of unimodality and unbiasedness.And based on it,a method of multi view autofocus microscope was realized based on hill-climbing algorithm and the detection speed can be reached at 2min in a sample of 30 fields.It greatly improves the efficiency of the hospital when the samples were too many.At last,after the system software of the automatic leucorrhea photoelectric detector was completed,the interface was displayed,and the system performance was tested.The software designed in this thesis had been successfully applied to the automatic detection equipment of photoelectric leucorrhea,and realized the clinical test in the hospital.It takes us 16 minutes to detect a sample and the detection accuracy is above 94%.
