| Finite element analysis with its unique computing simulation advantages,made more and more enterprises use it for calculating and evaluating the performance of products to meet the actual requirements,and optimize the product design.However,in the pre-processing stage of the finite element analysis,there are problems that the pre-processing technique is difficult to be grasped,and there is a lot of repetitive work,and the accumulated knowledge is not being used.If the accumulated pre-processing knowledge can be expressed as a case,the case-based reasoning technique can be applied to make full use of the previous pre-processing knowledge.Then,it combines with parametric finite element analysis technology,so that the analyst only need to enter the parameters of the needed or of the finite element analysis case to achieved finite element analysis.This will not only help the analyst to master the pre-processing technology,but also to prevent the analyst from repeating the pre-processing analysis.Therefore,based on ABAQUS,this paper studies the case-based reasoning of finite element analysis and parametric finite element analysis,and designs finite element analysis intelligent pre-processing system based on ABAQUS to realize the corresponding function,which is of great practical significance to save the finite element analysis time and improve the efficiency of finite element analysis.In this paper,we first constructs a base of finite element analysis case.We define the contents of the finite element analysis case,Express the case of finite element analysis based on the frame Representation method,construct the case database of finite element analysis,and classify the case library according to the analysis type.These work lay the foundation for the retrieval of finite element analysis cases.Secondly,the selection principle of the finite element analysis case attribute is established,and the similarity and attribute weight of the case are calculated.the calculation of the similarity degree of the finite element analysis case is completed based on the neighbor method.Furthermore,the parametric finite element analysis template is designed and the corresponding parametric finite element model library is designed.Finally,On the basis of the above theory and research,intelligent finite element analysis of pre-processing technology research system is designed based on ABAQUS,and the function of the finite element analysis case reuse and parametric finite element analysis is achieved.The system is evaluated by the design experiment,which proves that the system can improve the efficiency of finite element analysis. |
