Stainless steel has good durability,strong corrosion resistance,good plasticity and toughness,excellent fire resistance,beautiful appearance and low maintenance cost,it can be used as high performance steel used in engineering structure.Sand preparation of concrete with sand instead of saving resources and protecting the natural river sand riverbed and cross-strait ecological environment effect,but the high cost of stainless steel,sand and high content of chlorine ion may cause corrosion of steel,concrete structure,limit its application.The formation of stainless steel tube in stainless steel tube in sea sand concrete pouring sand concrete,can greatly reduce the consumption of the stainless steel to reduce the construction cost,and the core of sea sand concrete support can improve the stability of thin-walled stainless steel tube,on the other hand,the core of sea sand concrete stainless steel pipe in the restriction and protection,can effectively limit the corrosion of sea sand on the component.In order to make the sand without treatment is applied to civil engineering.This paper uses the method of experimental study and finite element simulation of stainless steel tube combined with sand concrete under axial compression,the specific aspects of the work:(1)Research status at home and abroad and the related issues are reviewed,including the properties of sea sand concrete,the material properties of stainless steel,stainless steel and steel tube concrete axial compression performance of ordinary concrete axial compressive mechanical properties,this paper adopts the research methods and research content.(2)The 48 axial compression test of stainless steel pipe sand concrete test pieces,with steel ratio,concrete strength,interface shape,size,type of concrete core as the main parameters,the influence on the mechanical properties of stainless steel tube concrete axial pressure sand.(3)In the selection of stainless steel and core sand concrete constitutive relationship on the basis of the deformation of the stainless steel pipe failure pressure component of sea sand concrete shaft by finite element software,the whole process simulation of load deformation curve and bearing capacity etc.(4)By choosing reasonable stainless steel and core concrete constitutive relationship based on the deformation of the stainless steel tube part of sea sand concrete failure modes,axial pressure by finite element software,the load displacement curve of the whole process of simulation.
