| The transmitter module and the receiver module are the important component of the communication and navigation identification system,and their high performance indicators ensure the safety of flight.With the continuous improvement of indicators and new performance requirements providing,how to ensure the quality of the transmitter module and the receiver module by test is a key issue.However,in the face of a large number of complex test tasks,manual testing methods have been unable to meet the production requirements.Therefore,there will be great significance and economic benefits to develop the efficient and reliable automatic test system for the development and production of the transmitter module and the receiver module.In this paper,an automatic test system is designed to realize the fast and accurate test of complex parameters of one series of the transmitter module and the receiver module.It has the advantages of superior test performance,high automation and good test efficiency.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and development status of the automatic test system,and then designs the resources of the system by analyzing the T/R module and the test requirements,and puts forward the overall design scheme of the system and gives the analysis of the corresponding hardware resource design and test principle for different module.Specific work content:1.To design the system adaptation unit,integrate designed resources of the system,realize on-line distribution of the system resources.With simple design ideas to achieve the signal adaptation,to achieve system resource sharing,to improve the utilization of system resources by channel reuse method.2.Discuss the implementation of some main test tasks.Combined with the test items,given the specific resources of the requirements,the equivalent construction of the test connection and the details of the test process.The manual completion of the test task is not only a validation of the system function,but also to analyze the system malfunction and further optimization in the testing process.3.To solve the difficulties of system communication.Analyzed of communication protocol and communication commands which can control the measured module,summed up the reverse translation method of the control command.At the end of the paper,the main hardware resources of the system are tested to verify that the system has the ability to complete the test task,and giving the test results.Moreover,the test system of the T/R module has passed the user acceptance,and the acceptance results show that the system has reached the required performance and functional requirements. |
