In recent years,as an important part of monitoring of train operating status,the vehicle equipment's healthy operation has been widely concerned.At present,most of the researches on the vehicle equipment are based on the vehicle equipment acquisition system,which monitors air-conditioning systems,pantographs,couplers and buffer devices,vehicle electrical appliance and other equipment on the train,while the health monitoring of the vehicle equipment itself is relatively few.How to design a more general online monitoring and health assessment platform for vehicle equipment to achieve the health assessment of vehicle equipment is essential for the normal operation of the train.This paper focuses on the online monitoring and health assessment of WTD vehicle equipment.We use the system call to get the running status of WTD's health index,and transmit the data to the health assessment platform for visual display through SNMP protocol.The health assessment algorithm is used to model the monitoring data reasonably,and the health assessment of the vehicle equipment is realized.The main work and innovation of this paper are as follows.We develop the online monitoring agent for monitoring the running status of health indicators of vehicle equipment.When the health indicators are abnormal,the online monitoring agent sends alarm events report by SNMP,and the specified health indicators can be restarted according to user's requirements,realizing the system self-healing.An improved C4.5 algorithm named GRC4.5 is proposed for the C4.5 algorithm has the disadvantage of existing a large number of logarithms operations and tending to select property of heterogeneous distribution and lacking correlation analysis of the health indicators of WTD vehicle equipment.We design the WTD vehicle equipment health assessment platform and use the GRC4.5 decision tree algorithm to analyze the health indicators data of WTD online monitoring,so as to realize the health assessment for WTD vehicle equipment.The experiment shows that the result of health assessment algorithm GRC4.5 has higher accuracy,fewer nodes,less time,and better performance.
