Under the dual pressure of energy crisis and environmental problems,the battery electric vehicle has been paid much attention to at home and abroad for its advantages of energy saving,environmental protection,high efficiency and low noise.While there are so many nodes in electric vehicle,to achieve real-time sharing of information among the nodes of the car conveniently and reliably is a necessary of improving the performance of electric vehicles.Based on these,this paper research and design of the vehicle electronic control system.Firstly,this paper has discussed the electric control system and CAN bus of battery electric vehicle in the research status and development direction;the CAN bus technology has been analyzed,and the selected parameters of the subject has been calculated;the vehicle electronic control system has been analyzed of the structure and demand,and based on SAE J1939,the communication protocol for the electronic control system of battery electric vehicle has been designed,including network node distributing,parameter setting,identifier assignment and message grouping.Secondly,with TI's TMS320F2812 as the main control chip,the hardware of the central control unit has been designed.Based on the design of the hardware circuit,the software of the whole vehicle electronic control system has been designed in the CCS3.3 enviroment,and the software and hardware debugging has been carried out to verify the validity of the program.Motor drive control system and charging system has been connected through the serial communication interface,and the battery acquisition units and the charging system has been connected with the CAN bus to the central control unit,and the central control unit has been connected with the Devin LCD screen through the serial communication interface.So the signal communication and the real-time processing of information communication among the systems have been realized.Thirdly,the man-machine display system has been designed and configured,including the design and layout of the interface,the analysis of the LCD control instruction,the assignment of the variable address,and the configuration of the LCD interface.LCD interface has been configured on the DGUS software.Finally,this paper has set up a platform for experiment.Communication network has been monitored,and the data has been analyzed in detail,and the smooth waveform of the CAN node has been given.Through the debug and modify repeatedly,the communication of the motor drive control system,charging system,battery acquisition units,and the central control unit has been completed.The experiment in vehicle has realized the communication of the units and the real-time display of the state information,and it can do the corresponding control operation directly from the screen.So the validity of the hardware circuits,the software design,and the communication protocol has been proved.
