Based on the actual characteristics of Changshan bridge,the key issues involved in the frozen North sea environment of concrete bridge durability monitoring technology were carried out to system and in-depth research,ultimately develop related non-destructive monitoring equipment and cross-sea bridge durability monitoring system,establish durability monitoring and assessment method,the durability of the development of the monitoring system of sea crossing bridge.The main research contents include:(1)The long-time monitoring research of Marine environment:to understand the change of environmental factors,environmental factors monitoring structure at ambient temperature and humidity,harmful medium concentration etc.through the artificial monitoring temperature,humidity and temperature to the construction site.(2)Research on monitoring technology of concrete performance during construction period:the development process of monitoring bridge during construction of concrete work performance,the early strength of concrete,chloride ion permeability and other parameters,to reveal the rules of marine environmental conditions of construction site on concrete performance.(3)The durability monitoring of concrete members:to investigate various parts of the bridge corrosion weak parts,determined by anode ladder monitor system for concrete reinforcement corrosion,to explore the relationship between the anode ladder monitoring data and concrete inside the steel corrosion rate,the surface state of the anode signal evaluation of reinforced concrete internal ladder.(4)The development of monitoring technology of cross bridge durability:field monitoring and laboratory research results based on the durability of the monitoring system development in Changhai County Bridge,provide a scientific basis and reference for the sea concrete bridge maintenance and safety operation.
