When the plane crashed into the deep sea,the black box fell into the seabed which is thousands of meters deep,it will be difficult to salvage the black box.In order to solve the special situation that the black box was buried under the wreckage wrapped in the wreckage,a hanging point connection scheme of wreckage has been put forward.This article explores the structure of aircraft fuselage,determines the objects connected with lifting point is truss type debris and designs a lifting point connection tool which is operated just by ROV in thousands of meters deep underwater.The support mechanism is optimal;drive mechanism and the self-locking mechanism is designed according to the size of the manipulator gripper.The stress of the hoisting tool is analyzed,and the force balance equation is obtained,then the stress limits of every connector is solved.In this paper,the topology optimization of the hoisting tool under safe conditions is operated in Workbench.Then,the paper makes a strength check for the tool under dangerous conditions,and finds out the weaknesses of the tool design,finally,the paper proposes improving plan.The kinematics and dynamics simulation of the tool is operated to make sure that the tool design is qualified and feasible.The paper analyzes the force of the connectors when the manipulator extrudes the tool,and then provides optimization proposal for the connectors;The article analyzes the force situation of the salvage ship,mooring line,hoisting tool and the wreckage during the salvage process,models for them,and makes a simulation of the laying of the lifting tools and the slinging of the wreckage,getting the horizontal distance the tool traveling and the tool force by wreckage during the lifting operation.This paper makes a functional experiment for the tool using the available manipulator,finds out the deficiency of the tool and provides optimization proposal.
