| Assembled steel frame and concrete slab structure system has the advantages of fast construction progress,small labor demand,low energy consumption,low emission,etc.It has broad market prospects,and also met the requirements of the sustainable development strategy of construction industry in China.Most people studied for structure mainly research on the structure system for the structure of the whole building,however,the structure of the construction process for the construction process of the research is rarely reported.In addition,the assembly type steel frame and concrete slab structure construction process with the increase of the number of layers gradually increased whether it will bring potential dangers.Construction process in the construction process has not formed a complete system,in the process of severe weather,such as the earthquake or typhoon,whether there will be deformation is too large,and even the collapse of a series of issues need to be considered.Therefore,this paper takes the research building of the Fuzhou local assembly steel frame concrete slab structure as the engineering background to study the mechanical properties of the construction process,the concrete content is as follows:(1)on the basis of reviewing and sorting out a large number of relevant literature,the development course and structural characteristics of the assembled steel frame and concrete slab are reviewed and summarized.(2)according to the theory of structural mechanics,the deformation theory of steel frame and structure,and the mechanical effect of structure,the calculation principle of structure construction is analyzed.(3)using the large finite element software ANS YS to establish the overall model of the assembly structure,and establish the steel frame node model,and then apply the model of the steel frame to the whole model,and make up the limitation of the test environment.(4)the safety of the whole model in the construction process is analyzed by the technology of the cell death and the technology of the step by step.From the bottom of the column axial force in first floor,floor deformation and the maximum displacement of structure under vertical load,horizontal wind load and seismic load,we can studied the building for internal force,displacement,and the structure system in the process of variation regularity of the internal forces and the reasons.(5)ANSYS software is used to establish the steel frame joints.We need to studied the influence of beam end plate thickness,bolt diameter,flange thickness,flange and end plate stiffening rib on the seismic performance of steel frame joints.The initial rotational stiffness,ultimate bearing capacity and ductility factor are obtained by using monotonic loading and cyclic loading. |
