| With the rapid development of China’s economy and building technology, high-rise building, super high-rise building and high-rise steel system reflects the characteristics of the system is more complex, more and more large volume, height increasing. The traditional construction technique and calculation method has been unable to meet the large complex high-rise steel structure building’s need for prediction of the mechanical behaviors and safety control in the construction process. Construction simulation, as a kind of analysis method that structure stiffness changes with the construction process, compared to the traditional design method which is first-loaded, can more accurately reflect the actual deformations and stress states of high-rise, super high-rise structures.Main components of the prefabricated steel frame structure with inclined support joints are produced in the factory, which has a high degree of factory and fast construction speed.These characteristics fit the strategy of our country which is promoting the use of steel structure and implementing housing industrialization,they also consist with the environmental protection policy that our country is advocating. This new kind of structure has good market prospects and development opportunities. Prefabricated steel frame structure with inclined support joints, as a new form of steel structure, currently little research has been done on its construction simulation.A 30-story prefabricated steel frame structure with inclined support joints which is taken as the engineering background is simulated to analysis the vertical deformation law of this new type of steel structure during construction. The specific work is as follows:(1) The basic principles and related numerical calculation methods of construction simulation is introduced, at the same time,the composition and characteristics of prefabricated steel frame structure with inclined support joints is briefly introduced as well.(2) The status of simulation of the construction process of high-rise buildings at home and abroad is summarized, and the main problems existing in the current research is listed.(3) Through the construction simulation of the 30-story prefabricated steel frame structure with inclined support joints, the vertical deformation law of this new type of steel structure in construction simulation is analyzed. This paper pointed out that the vertical displacement estimation formula of the common frame in construction simulation does not apply to prefabricated steel frame structure with inclined support joints.(4) Construction simulation adjustment factor is introduced to get a method to obtain vertical displacements in construction simulation from once-loaded vertical displacements.(5) The correctness of the construction simulation adjustment factor’s formula is proved by building and analyzing multiple models. |
