"Landscape-feed-landscape" Economic Research On Campus Landscape Design

Universities are currently showing urbanization,giant,socialization,etc.,either on campus's faculty or the quality of teachers are required economic as a support,and the competition of comprehensive strength will increasingly depend on the economy.At present,most of Chinese campus landscape design processing just remain in the low level,and it has not been a corresponding effect and return.In this study we will focus on the economic point of view to discuss it.The Ministry of Construction proposes a series of ecological design theory aims at the weaknesses of landscape construction and management of degraded and shortcomings of higher maintenance costs since the 1980s,and economy is reflected.August 17,2006,the Ministry of Construction formally proposed the concept of"saving-landscape",it can be a milestone economic landscape design.The same with economical landscape design,lots of domestic universities landscape designs are making effort saving expenses.Although part of the Agricultural and Forestry Colleges have chosen economy class production efficiency of the plant,but there still are very few colleges satisfy theories of"save-and-explore" and "landscape-feed-landscape".This topic discusses the relationship of campus landscape design's economy,ecology,art,etc.thereby make a Further interpretation of the economy of the campus landscape design practice and application.Further analysis of the composition in the form of combination of campus landscape and campus landscape design of economic,ecological,and explore new ideas coming our campus landscape design,in order to achieve the economic benefits of "landscape-feed-landscape"This paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter 1 Discusses the background of campus landscape construction,the purpose and significance of the research of the economic landscape of colleges and universities,major research methods,the research status at home and abroad.Chapter 2 Concept.Mainly focused on the research of domestic and foreign excellent economic landscape design and the cases of college study,and Xiamen local campus landscape construction research,Fuzhou area campus landscape research and field research Xiamen Academy of Arts and the like.Landscape design concepts proposed in this case will be described and analyzed the concept of origin.Chapter 3 The analysis of "Landscape-feed-landscape" economic feasibility,including market analysis,sales strategies and methods analysis,economic analysis of plant selection and construction conditions(including the cost of the budget,the scale of production budget,the balance of benefits,etc.),comprehensive benefit analysis,risk analysis.Chapter 4 Project analysis including the design of the program,shaping campus landscape and function,design analysis of the major nodes,vertical landscape analysis and so on.Chapter 5 Summarizes.The landscape transform Xiamen Academy of Arts and Design in summary,looking forward the future economic development of the campus landscape design,predicting the direction and prospects of development.
