Research On The Driving Mechanism Of Urban Spatial Form Evolution Under The General System Theory

Urban space is the foundation and carrier of the existence and development of the city,urban spatial form is the most intuitive research object for us to understand the development of a city,and the evolution of urban spatial form reflects the specific process of urbanization.After the reform and opening up,in the rapid development of social economy and culture of the process of urbanization,great changes have taken place in the spatial pattern of many cities and towns in China,the development of social economy is also accompanied by the challenges of urbanization.By spatial and temporal analysis of urban spatial form and evolution process,summarize the development law and characteristics,coupled with the driving force of urban development,constructing the system view of the driving mechanism,to make complete study on city space evolution driving mechanism,and then enhance the rational distribution and orderly organization of urban elements,to promote the sustainable development of the city.Systematic study on the driving mechanism of urban spatial form evolution,First of all,we must make clear the main concepts and theories of systematic research methods in general system theory.General system theory have more than 70 years of development,and we take elements,structure and function which belong to the whole system as the angle of view to study urban space and morphological evolution as long as the driving forces,to find out the whole system characteristics embodied in the evolution process of urban space,including entirety,hierarchy and self-organization.Secondly,build a research framework.The development of urban space shows the characteristics of the form,with the change of urban space in different scales and in the time dimension,the phenomenon of succession of urban land use function and structure and the urban spatial distribution are produced,these phenomena are the result of the driving mechanism.To classify the driving system,by the meaning of properties,functionality and hierarchy,in order to understand the content and process of driving mechanism of the urban spatial form evolution.Through the above research,we find the conclusion that the driving mechanism is rooted in the process of urban development.Combined with the classification of driving force system,and base on the self-organizing connotation of urban development,the driving mechanism is divided into two categories,internal:Natural conditions,social and economic development,population structure and public participation;and external:regional function division,unexpected events,urban management and new technologies.Through the analysis of the internal and external parts of the driving mechanism,explore the existence of topological relations between the driving mechanism,the combination of topological relation promotes the evolution of urban spatial form.The main achievements and innovations of this paper are:(1)The driving mechanism of urban spatial form evolution exists in the process of urban development.(2)Constructing the system view of the research on the driving mechanism of urban spatial form evolution.(3)Both inside and outside of the driving mechanism promote the evolution of urban spatial form in the way of topologicalrelation.
