| At present,measure methods of centroid position for a vehicle mainly contain swaying method,weight feedback method,suspension method,zero method,platform supporting reaction method as well as rotation method,etc.However,for a multiaxial heavy vehicle with big load and large dimension,existing measure methods of centroid position are all of limitation and inapplicability,so we bring forward a new method of vehicle weighing and centroid position measure on tilt platform.Core technology needing to be solved is developing sensor module that could correctly measure wheel load in horizontal and tilt states.So this dissertation do research on the integrated wheel load measurement plate which could be used in tilt state and realize tangential force decoupling.Firstly,build mechanics model of measurement palte according to applying working condition,and analyze forced state for weighing plate in horizontal and tilt states.Choose appropriate structure type base on contrast analysis.Carry on force calculation adopting analytical method,deduct mechanical basis of structure decoupling by formula,and verify the validity of decoupling formula in finite element simulation and simplified beam loading experimentThen,carry on simulations for measurement plate model in various loading states using finite element simulation analysis software ANSYS,analyze the influence of certain factors of loading force on wheel load measure results,these factors include size,direction,position and so on.Optimize the plate thickness,slotting structure parameter as well as strain gauge position and quantity.Base on optimized structure,process measurement plate specimen,and build practical measure system.Make simulations in various loading states according to loading experiment and obtain a great deal of experiment data,verify the accuracy indices of weighing system according to national weighing instrument inspection scheme,which include zero drift,linearity,repeatability,sensitivity,hysteresis and other indices,analyze error sources.Base on experiment results and error sources,determine calibration scheme,and carry on inspection for calibrated system.Experiment results show that the wheel load system realizes tangential force decoupling,measures the wheel load correctly in horizontal and tilt states,and synthetical measure precision is up to two percent. |
