| With the continuous operation of wind power equipment,the fault diagnosis technology of wind power equipment is paid more and more attention.The specific characteristics of the wind turbine makes the traditional vibration detection method has some limitations.And the use of electrical signals to detect the wind turbine has become the one hot spot.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study portable devices with electrical signals for fault diagnosis.In this paper,the fault of planetary gear for wind turbine is diagnosed by the instantaneous demodulation power method.The method mainly uses the fault information of the transmission chain to reflect the characteristics of the current and voltage of the stator.This method mainly uses the fault information of the transmission chain to reflect the characteristics of the current and voltage of the stator.Synchronous sampling of stator current,voltage and speed signals.The envelope information of current and voltage signals is obtained by Hilbert transform,and the envelope information is normalized,then multiply the two factors.In the end,the FFT transform of the signal after multiplying is carried out,and the instantaneous demodulation power spectrum is obtained.The fault diagnosis system based on F28335 DSP is the core of this paper.Using AD7656 synchronous acquisition of three road information,through the embedded DSP internal instantaneous demodulation power algorithm for data analysis.And using the TFT touch screen display analysis results.Achieve the purpose of portable and real-time fault diagnosis.The relevant simulation model and experimental platform of wind power system are established.The fault simulation and simulation experiment of planetary gear are carried out,and the experimental results are compared with the results of vibration test,which proves the feasibility of the method.By using this method to diagnose the fault of planetary gear,this paper proves the feasibility of the content of this paper in practical application.The experimental results of the failure of the planetary gears on the test rig show that,the fault diagnosis system based on DSP in this paper has the advantages of small size and portability.In addition to the fault detection and diagnosis of the planetary gear in the transmission chain of the wind turbine,can also be used for shaft,rolling bearings and other components detection and diagnosis.It can be applied to the wind farm unit drive chain fault diagnosis. |
