| The wind turbine gearbox is an important mechanical component, typically, the blade’s speed is very low, must be increasing the speed through the role of vice gears, so it is also referred to growth gearbox. Its main function is transmitting the power produced by wind turbine blades to the wind generators to get the corresponding speed. In some special weather conditions, all of which might cause the wind turbine to malfunction, and the small cabin can’t be like that with a solid base foundation on the ground, the whole transmission system matching and torsional vibration factors always concentrated reflection on a weak link, a lot of practices has proved that this link is often set in the gearbox. Therefore, to enhance the study of the gearbox, it is very important to the work condition monitoring.In this paper, mainly do the research on wind turbines growth gearbox planetary gear mechanism parts. This paper describes a study of the planetary gear mechanism fault diagnosis algorithm. In the time domain analysis major use the time-domain synchronous averaging, vibration signal separation, signal conversion, advanced time-domain statistical category condition indicators and other methods of analysis. In the frequency domain part use sideband frequency domain methods and statistical categories of indicators for analysis.This study was also completed wind turbine planetary gear mechanism simulation platform design and construction, the overall structure of the bench were introduced, and design the test system hardware for this simulation platform.Based on LabVIEW virtual instrument software system in accordance with the theory of algorithms written to achieve the whole process of the algorithm. Software system consists of data acquisition, time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, data storage and view etc.Finally, it designs the planetary gear mechanism fault simulation experimentation and experimental result analysis. By compare with conventional methods, initially prove that the advantage algorithms used in this paper and the reliability of the software system, it is achieved the desired objectives. |
