The landing gear is the main device for take-off and landing function,it is a key component of safety and combat aircraft flight,landing gear plays an important role in the aircraft design process,is the basic and key technology in the design and analysis of landing gear,and the fixed wing aircraft carrier drop again is one of the key technology research and design of aircraft.In general,the aircraft carrier is used to test the strength of the aircraft under the condition of the ship landing,and then the computer simulation is carried out through the simulation test of the full-scale aircraft.The paper takes a(the J-15)aircraft landing gear as the research object,put forward a method for modeling and Simulation of rigid flexible coupling dynamics and finite element method combined with the research of aircraft landing drop in the process of the rule of aircraft undercarriage strength test,the test data is more accurate,and a joint simulation the use of CATIA,ANSYS,ADAMS modeling,the multi-point constraint modeling for the characteristics of a carrier based aircraft landing gear dynamics model of rigid flexible coupling.The simulation and analysis of the landing gear of the carrier based aircraft are carried out under different working conditions,and the simulation analysis of the landing process of the carrier based aircraft is carried out.The data of laboratory test and computer simulation are compared.In this paper,the relative stiffness between the friction force of the buffer and the piston rod and the outer cylinder is optimized,and the simulation results verify the validity and superiority of the model.Thus,the reliability and accuracy of the dynamic simulation model established in this paper are verified,which has great research value and theoretical time value. |
