Typhoon is a destructive natural disaster,which often causes large amount of cement poles tilted even collapse.Every year the damage of cement poles caused by typhoon will cause huge economic losses.And the collapse of cement poles may also get pedestrians injured and cause a short circuit resulting in power outages of a large area,even lead to electric shock accident.Therefore it is particularly important to detect the wind resistant ability of cement poles.The main reasons for cement poles tilted or collapsed is the destruction of cement pole's foundation.In typhoon,cement poles constantly shaking and squeezing soil,resulting in the plastic deformation of the soil.In the duration of typhoon,the plastic deformation is getting larger and larger,and eventually leads to cement pole tilted or even collapsed.In this paper,we studied the cement poles of distribution lines(without staying wire)and proposed a wind load simulation loading device,which is convenient to operate and has strong adaptability.Currently,the methods used for the detection of cement pole wind resistance mostly only consider the static load and ignore the dynamic wind.While the device we designed can be an effective solution to simulate the dynamic effect of the typhoon.Firstly,this paper designed a cement pole angle and wind speed acquisition device,and we collected the typhoon wind speed of the 13th typhoon "Soudelor" and the responsiveness of the cement poles.Secondly,this paper simulated the typhoon wind speed through linear filtering method and got the wind speed chart.And then we built the mathematical model of the dynamic effect of wind load on the cement pole.After that we obtain the calculation method of equivalent moment of the cement pole and provide a theoretical basis.Thirdly,by understanding the features of the wind load,this paper proposed two kinds of wind load simulation loading schemes and two structural designs of the dynamic wind load simulation loading device.Through the comparison of the two structure designs,and we ultimately determined the structure design method of the device and analyzed the key points of the design.Then,the design requirements of the control system for the dynamic wind load simulation loading device were proposed,and the design and development of the hardware and software of the control system were completed.Finally,a test site of 15mX25m was built in the South Gate of Fuzhou University,and it was used to test the feasibility of the dynamic wind load simulation loading de vice for cement poles.The experimental results showed that the device we designed is feasible,and the device can be used effectively in dynamic wind load simulation load ing.Considering the factors that will affect wind resistant ability of cement poles,like the duration of the typhoon,the soil texture of the foundation and the typhoon levels,the experiment was designed and tested.And then the result was analyzed.
