Through the innovation and absorption of the high railway technology,the CEMU has assembled the most advanced technology of high-speed railway,which has attracted more and more attention of the world.As one of the main parts of the EMU,the car body plays an important role in the safety and comfort of the train.In this paper,the car body of CEMU is taken as the research object,combined with the actual test and finite element calculation,the main research contents are as follows:First of all,a long-term tracking test of the CEMU car body is carried out in Yuanping West Railway Station-Yangqu West Railway Station part of Datong-Xi'an passenger line,dynamic stress test data of each testing point is obtained,and the test data are classified and processed according to different working conditions;Secondly,the finite element model of the CEMU car body is established,and the finite element model is analyzed according to the relevant requirements of EN12663:2000 Structural requirements of railway vehicle bodies to calculate each load transfer coefficient of the coupler longitudinal load,torsional load and aerodynamic load,then combined with the testing data under different working conditions,the load identification points are determined;Then,the load transfer matrix is determined,based on the time history of the stress selected randomly,time history of the load can be obtained.The load transfer coefficient obtained from the FEA and time history of load can be used to calculate the time history of the stress of other test points.Compared with the testing time history of stress,the error of the load identification scheme is analyzed and the load spectrum of each load is obtained;At last,according to the different working conditions,such as train starting,high speed driving in tunnel,low speed driving across switch,the load characteristics are analyzed.
