| ABSTRACT:At present, with China’s high-speed EMU speed increase, put forward higher requirements on the fatigue reliability. The carbody as the main bearing structure of high speed EMU, is an important manifestation of train operation performance. This paper was based on the CRH380AL long-term tracking test project of Laboratory for Structural Strength Testing, Beijing Jiaotong University, and the train CRH380AL EMU listed on the long-term tracking test between Beijing west station and Taiyuan south station. The carbody and related parts were analyzed in railway-line measured.Based on the finite element calculation results and preliminary research results, determine the carbody fatigue key point and central traction pin, yaw damper installation seat and carbody damper installation seat load identification, and calibration tests of these components in a MTS test bench gets the load-stress coefficient.Based on the testing a large number of data, the key point of the stress distribution law was concluded with statistics analysis,and analysis stress variation of EMU carbody under the condition of different line and wheel turnings;Different working condition of measuring load and stress value and the characteristics of the present were described in view of all kinds of working condition characteristics on the long-term tracking test.Cracks are found on yaw damper installation seat and side beam of car body during preliminary research about fixing process. Load and stress of the above structures are analyzed from the perspective of time domain and frequency domain in this thesis, based on this, load source of the structures are defined. |
