Urban Waterfront Space Renew Design Research Based On Status Evaluation

Urban waterfront space is main venue to show the image of the city and the place where residents outdoor activities as an important part of urban public space.Along with the advancement of urbanization,China's economic development has entered a "new normal",which requires the urban construction to gradually focus to the city to update and improve quality.However as the core area in urban renewal,the domestic construction of waterfront space more still stays in the sewage disposal and other shallow level,ignored the waterfront space system theory of compound.In view of this,explore a multi-angle and comprehensive urban waterfront space renewal design way has very important practical significance.Firstly studies the basic theory with practical investigation based on the waterfront space of Nanfei river in Yaohai District to clear information and present situation of the waterfront,then use Sd semantic analysis and questionnaire method with CAD map to carry out the evaluation from visual perception and service condition,with a final status evaluation results as the basis,put forward the Nanfei river water space renewal design train of thought.This article through to Nanfei river water in the space of renewal design research,made clear the types of urban waterfront space is mainly constitute the interface and the characteristics of space at the same time try to explore urban waterfront space from the perspective of the user to update the design of the focus,and create attractive and characteristic of urban waterfront space.
