Research On The Project Schedule And Control Of The Safety Standardization Reform For DDH Pumping Station

As a professional engaged in drainage operation of drainage company affiliated enterprises,Zhu Second Conveying Branch always to improve drainage pumping station on-site production safety level,enhance safety culture atmosphere,enhance enterprise flood protection ability for the development goals,continue to increase investment in the safety of pumping station on-site equipment and working environment.Safety standardization reform emphasized in the production process of man,machine,environment and management in safety state and comply with all safety standards stipulated in the norms for safety standardization,and through the national security management mandatory review and obtain the corresponding levels of qualification.For the newly built DDH pump station,Zhu Second Conveying Branch will implement the reform of its safety standards.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Studying and analyzing the implementation background of DDH station safety standardization reform project,around the required for achieving the objectives of the project safety facilities,pumping station environment innovation and related work are discussed,a clear organizational division and related technical scheme;(2)of the project task structure decomposition and scheduling,task time estimates,the use of Gantt chart,network diagram,milestone plan etc.scheduling tools to develop the overall plan,based on from the perfect organization management,rational allocation of resources and improve the implementation scheme of the project schedule to be optimized.(3)The problems that affect the implementation of the project of the DDH pump station security project are analyzed,including the progress deviation and the change of the contents of the work.Through the research of this thesis,summarized the control procedures and measures to ensure the effective implementation of the progress plan,and put forward the problems of further research.it is of good demonstration significance for the application of project management theory to the reform project of the safety standardization reform for large scale and comprehensive pumping station.
