In recent years,greenhouse effect has become one of the most serious environment pollution problems facing human society in the 21 st century,is directly related to human survival and development.In July 2010,“the Building and Climate Change: A Summary for Policy Makers”,published by the Sustainable Buildings and Sustain-able Society(SBCI)at the Forum on Sustainable Buildings and Climate,states that the construction industry has become a global greenhouse gas emitter One of the three major sources,the construction industry accounts for 30% of global annual greenhouse gas emissions.The generation of greenhouse gases has different characteristics throughout the entire life cycle of the construction and production,planning and design,construction and transportation,operation and maintenance,and dismantling and disposal(disposal,recycling and reuse,etc.).Taking different effective measures to reduce the total life cycle of carbon emissions at different stages of carbon emissions,is very important issue of the development of green building.The whole life cycle of the building involves a wide range of information,a huge amount of data,how to integrate this information for low-carbon building research is what we need to face the problem.Today,BIM as an advanced tool and work,not only changed the means and methods of architectural design,but also has made a revolutionary initiative in the field of the construction industry,through the establishment of BIM information platform to data as the core,the construction industry's approach to collaboration has been completely changed through the building Life cycle.Therefore,using the low-carbon economic philosophy,the BIM technology cited in the construction industry to quantify carbon emissions in the calculation,to provide support for the development of low-carbon building technology.In this paper,I collected a large amount of literature and analyzed the carbon emission sources according to the carbon emission characteristics of building life cycle according to design planning,construction,operation and maintenance,and dismantling process,and collected carbon emissions Factor database to provide data support for green building research.The BIM technology is used to study the carbon emission,and the BIM technology is used to construct the carbon emission calculation model at each stage of the building life cycle.The quantitative evaluation of carbon emission is made.Based on the evaluation results,Program combined with carbon emissions optimization of low-carbon strategy.Finally,the practical cases are calculated and validated.
