Hybrid stepping motor is widely used in CNC lathe and industrial control field.Under the premise of satisfying the control precision,the control system has the characteristics of open-loop control,sensorless control,simple control,etc.On the basis of keeping control system’s characteristics,how to further improve the accuracy becomes a hot research topic.Thus,the paper proposes a control algorithm based on the steady-state position error(SSPE)compensation,combined with voltage space vector control algorithm to realize the control system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)The types and structure characteristics of the three-phase hybrid stepping motor are analyzed,and the calculation formula of the steady position error is derived by the mathematical analysis of the hybrid stepping motor.2)Based on the modeling process of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the mathematical model of the hybrid stepping motor is established.And the digital realization of the voltage space vector control algorithm is introduced.In the meanwhile,the simulation model is built by Simulink,and the feasibility is verified.3)Based on the simulation,the hardware experimental platform of the control system based on DSP-TMS320F28335 is designed,including switching power supply based on TOP225 Y,conversion circuit of driving signal,current detecting circuit and power module circuit.The software of the control system is designed,and flow block diagrams of the main function and the ADC interrupt function are introduced.Above all,the experiment and debugging results of the whole control system are analyzed,and the correctness of the control scheme is verified.The reliability and stability of the control system designed in this paper are verified.
