There are some disadvantages such as oscillating and losing step in traditionalopen-loop driving control system of three-phase hybrid stepping motor. In this paperthree-phase hybrid stepping motor is by the analysis of the idealized three-phasehybrid stepping motor’s mathematical model. According to the working principle ofthe vector control technology and SPWM technology, this dissertation designs a fullydigital three-phase hybrid stepping motor subdivision drive system based on thedigital signal processor TMS320F2812.Firstly, from the structural principle of three-phase hybrid stepping motor, bycomparing operating characteristics of three types stepper motors, this paper built amathematical model of a three-phase hybrid stepping motor. Thus the overall systemdesign starting, this paper has done much research in selecting a processor, thedriving method, and modulation method. Then it proposed subdivision and vectorcontrol driver SVPWM scheme based on TMS320F2812.The system hardware circuit sees TMS320F2812as the core, sine wave segmentsand space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) subdivision control technologyto achieve a three-phase hybrid stepping motor control, the application of IR’s IR2131integrated stepper motor driver chip help design power-driven aspects of the drivesystem, saving board space and reducing the volume of the device. From the inputcircuit from the outside, the current detection, isolation control signal to the drivecircuit are elaborated in detail the design process. While starting from the devicereliability, design a safe and reliable hardware protection circuit. The function ofsoftware programs are mainly after detecting two-phase motor winding current andA/D conversion, and then the current value detected by the current and given to thepoor as, PI control of this difference, and then adjust the PWM wave to further drivemotors.The simulation experimental results indicate that the sine-wave currentsubdivision driving control system for three-phase hybrid stepping motor has superior control characteristic. It can reduce oscillating and noise of hybrid stepping motor,and can improve the stepping motor’s performance in low-frequency scope.
