Research On The Evolution Of Rural Form In Suburban Area Of The Plateau Basin

With the rapid development of city economy and expanding of city scale, the villages located in the suburban areas have been impacted of city at the first time. Take Qilin suburb villages in Qujing City of Yunnan Province as an example,their transformation of economic structure is an outstanding area. These villages have been expanding under the influence of economic development. Their forms are tending to urbanization constantly, urban and rural harmonious relationships have been broken.Standing in the angle of the urban and rural planning perspective, basing on the science of human settlements theory, core-edge theory and figure ground theory, this thesis focus on the evolution of the urban suburban area, analyzes the process, stage characteristics and the influencing factors of the evolution of the rural form, obtains the law of the evolution to provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for the village development.Through the actual investigation of the construction of new rural areas in Qujing, the author found that the shape and evolution process of the suburban area is different, but trend of urbanization. The rural form evolution process is divided into slow growth period, growth period and acceleration period, mutation control development period of four stages, with characteristics of scattered development, internal filling, external expansion and unified planning at each stage.This thesis uses case study method, taking Zhuangjiatun Village, Sanbao Village, Liangzi Village and Dalong Village as typical cases, analyzes the factors affecting the evolution of villages' form in suburban area of Tibetanplateau, mainly from the natural environment, economy, politics, culture and traffic. At last, the author put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the suburban of plateau basin area of rural development.
