China's rapid economic development makes ever-increasing demands on traffic and road.High speed,heavy load and a large proportion of overloaded vehicles exacerbate the damage to cement concrete pavement.A lot of engineering researches show that road damage caused by roadbase comes from other reasons rather than insufficient bearing capacity.One of the most important factors is the lack of anti-erosion performance of Semi-rigid base course material.Currently,the devices used for the researches on Semi-rigid base course material's anti-erosion performance are very few at home and abroad.In order to analyze,compare and evaluate the performance of anti-erosion for Semi-rigid base course material and provide basis for the design,the new testing machine is produced according to the actual usage on road.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:The thesis summarized the background and research significance of Semi-rigid base course material,as well as its research history and current status.Based on actual situation on road,the advantages and disadvantages of current designed erosion devices were elaborated and analyzed.A new design has been put forward.In detail,the function and structural features of each part were described and analyzed.It mainly includes the adjustment design to pressure range,the design,calculation and selection of critical parts like motor and V-belts and the design of eccentric shaft as well as its strength check.The establishment of kinematics and dynamics simulation model can not only verify the reasonability of theoretical physics model but also judge the safety through the analysis of press and stain on key parts such as eccentric shaft.The new erosion device was produced to study the anti-erosion performance of cement stabilized macadam base.The experimental results have been analyzed and studied theoretically,which will provide some basis for further study on anti-erosion performance of Semi-rigid base course material in the future.
