A Study On Economic Comprehensive Evaluation Of Landscape Architecture

The development of modern landscape have close relations to economic, in orderto ensure the rationality of landscape project construction to establish scientific and reasonable economic evaluation system, economic evaluation methods are also developed into important aspects of the research of garden subjects. At present in view of the lack of research and application of economic evaluation of landscape and standards, study on the economic evaluation of landscape.Firstly,this study construct economic evaluation index system. Through analyzing collecting data and expert advice, establish economic evaluation indexes of landscape.Then using the Delphi method to det ermine the final evaluation index system consists of 3 types and 12 economic indicators for classification. Using the analytic hierarchy process to come up with 3 criteria indexes and weight of 12 target indexes.Secondly, on the basis of the construction of evaluate system, this paper analyzed the economy of landscape function and referenced relevant ration evaluation methods and the quantification calculation methods of economic evaluation index.Besides,the paper also referenced qualitative evaluation methods which can not precise quantification index,then combine with ration evaluation methods and qualitative evaluation methods.The system and methods was applied to the actual project,choose Lanzey Wetland Park in Lan Count and Hengpo ecological manor as evaluation object to economic evaluation, compared with the results of expert evaluation be obtained and the quantitative results and contrasted the difference,according to the actual situation of results to obtain optimization tips,and get the completely landscape economic appraisal system.For this reason,verifying their scientific, reasonable and effective,providing a basis for further research.The system was applied to the actual project, choose Lanze Wetland Park in Lan Count and Hengpo ecological manor as evaluation object to economic evaluation, analyzed the results of expert evaluation be obtained and the quantitative results, according to the actual situation of results to obtain optimization tips. For this reason, verifying their scientific, reasonable and effective, being used as a basis for further research.Finally,on the subject of important conclusions of this article, the main innovations and discussion were consolidated and elaborated, and proposing the directions for future research.Hope through research,make evaluation system become an important scientific and effective tool for Selection scheme,which can provide a reference opinions for decision-makers,comparing and judging landscape architecture construction projects scheme.
