Study On Mechanical Properties And Composite Tube Of Concrete Canvas

3D spacer fabric reinforced cementitious cloth(namely,Concrete Canvas,CC),which is composed of two parts:cementitious material and 3D spacer fabric.CC is a flexible,cement impregnated fabric that hardens when hydrated to form a thin,durable,water-proof and fire-resistant concrete layer.In this paper,the application of concrete canvas to explore and verify the concrete canvas tensile properties,reinforced concrete canvas reinforced plastic composite pipe and compound pipe confined concrete compression performance test,the following conclusions:(1)The concrete canvas was prepared by using sulphoaluminate cement and anhydrite as the matrix.Through the tensile test of concrete canvas,the results show that the tensile strength of weft fabric is about 135.65% higher than that of warp fabric,With the increase in the number of days of maintenance,the initial crack load of the specimen increases gradually.After the cracking,the bearing capacity has a sudden drop,and then the fabric begins to play a role,the load can continue to increase until the fabric network fracture,damage.(2)Compared with PVC pipe,the performance of the composite pipe wrapped with concrete canvas is significantly improved,and the ring stiffness,ultimate compression bearing capacity and ultimate bending bearing capacity are improved by 261.85%,82.79%and 106.15%,respectively.(3)The results show that compound pipe confined concrete can significantly improve the strength and ductility of concrete.With the increase of the number of carbon fiber cloth layers,the compound pipe confined concrete can increase the strength and ductility of compound pipe confined concrete.PVC tube concrete column to enhance the strength of the decline in the state.The stress-strain curves of concrete columns with compound can be deduced in two stages.The first stage is similar to the stress-strain curve of plain concrete columns,and the second stage is stress-strengthened.The application of concrete canvas has been verified,and its application prospect has been expanded.The application of new material and new technology in engineering has been promoted.
