Structural damage and economic losses caused by steel the corrosion of reinforcement has become more and more serious,among the anticorrosion measures,migrating corrosion inhibitor as a new environmental protection and restoration measures of forward-looking can be used in the new structure and corrosion structure,lots of researches and applications about migration corrosion inhibitor had been carried out at home and abroad.In this paper,the mechanism and transport properties of the beta amino alcohol migration corrosion inhibitor with multi branched chain and multi hydroxyl groups were mainly studied.This paper firstly analyzed the compositions of the migration corrosion inhibitor by the contact angle test and hemical test,which obtained that it could improve the impermeability of concrete surface and generate white jelly with concrete hydration reaction products to block the surface pores.The capillary saltabsorption test,chloride ion penetration test,fast carbonization test were carried out to study the influence of migration corrosion inhibitor on the durability of concrete,the results showed that the density of the concrete surface could be improved by the amino alcohol migrating corrosion inhibitor,this caused the improvement of the concrete's impermeability,resistance to chlorideion penetration and carbonation resistance,this made better effect on the durability of concrete,the higher the inhibitor coating,the better the effect.In the simulated concrete pore solution,to study the corrosion resistance and mechanism of amino alcohol migration corrosion inhibitor under the different conditions of inhibitor concentration,chloride ion concentration,p H value and temperature by EIS test and Tafel polarization curve test.The results showed that after adding the inhibitor the membrane resistance,impedance modulus corrosion potential of carbon steel electrode increased,the corrosion current decreased,and the surface of the carbon steel formed a passive film.The corrosion of the steel surface was inhibited mainly because of the-NR and-OH groups of the inhibitor,which replaced the chloride ion and water molecules on the surface of the reinforcing steel bar,and neutralized the hydrogen ion,the alkalinity of the reinforcing steel bar surface was improved,it formed a dense molecular barrier layer to block the corrosive medium effectively,so the corrosion of the reinforcing steel bar was reduced,the migration corrosion inhibitor had both the effect of repair and protection.When the inhibitor concentration was 3%,the rust resistance efficiency was close to 93%.The corrosion morphology of carbon steelsurface was observed by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectroscopy,it was found that the amino alcohol migration corrosion inhibitor component could adsorb on the surface of carbon steel forming a film to block Cl-and O2's entry and protect reinforcing steel bar.Nessler's Reagent Spectrophotometry test was carried out to study the migration regularity of the amino alcohol migration corrosion inhibitor in concrete with different initial relative humidity,the results showed that the inhibitor in the concrete had good migration performance,it quickly migrated 20~35mm in a short time,and it also had the ability of continuous migration in concrete.At the same time,the results showed that the inhibitor's penetration depth,velocity and content were related to the relative humidity of the concrete,in the process of migration,when the concrete was in the unsaturated state,the capillary absorption effect was stronger than the diffusion effect,the penetration rate was fast and the inhibitor content was high in the concrete while the relative humidity of concrete was low,on the contrary,the penetration rate was slow and the inhibitor content was low with the increase of relative humidity.
