| Buildings in marine environments are subjected to erosion by Chloride ion in seawater, causing corrosion of steel bars and damage to the building. There are many factors affecting the corrosion rate of steel reinforcement, including concrete water cement ratio, admixture dosage, rust inhibitor usage, steel reinforcement layer thickness and building environment.Based on the above factors, the relevant test design, through the dry wet cycle in sodium chloride solution to accelerate the diffusion of Chloride ion in concrete,to reflect the transfer of Chloride ion in the concrete by the chloride ion content at different periods throughout the depth of the cycle, through the test of steel corrosion current density during the cycle,to reflect steel corrosion situation. The experiment selected 0.35,0.4,0.45,0.5 and four kinds of water cement ratio, mixing fly ash 20%,mixed with 40% fly ash,slag,20% mixed with 40% slag, mixing fly ash and slag 40%(1:1)five kinds of admixture specimen, study found that water cement increased significantly more than 0.45 chloride diffusion in concrete coefficient of adding admixture specimen anti chloride ion permeability sort: 20%> fly ash mixed fly ash 40%> 40%> powder 40%> powder 20%> doped,at the same time in the early age of concrete curing, chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete has great influence on.The test also through sika,Ferro Gard-901 and YJ-504 two kinds of rust inhibitor,15 mm,25mm,35 mm,45mm4,different thickness of the protective layer,to study various factors on the corrosion of concrete reinforcement. The study found that sika,Ferro Gard-901 and YJ-504 type two inhibitors have a protective mechanism of reinforced concrete is different, the former is mainly generated by a layer of protective film on the surface of steel to prevent corrosion of steel, and not affect the performance of concrete;late not only through the protective film to prevent corrosion of steel production,is also very good to improve the performance of the concrete structure, the water cement ratio is 0.4 with 1% of the rust specimens of the chloride ion diffusion coefficient is approximately equal to the water cement ratio 0.35 doped specimen corrosion inhibitor. The thickness of the protective layer has a significant influence on the corrosion of reinforced concrete.By increasing the thickness of the protective layer,it is the best method to prevent the corrosion of steel bars in the marine environment. |
