Study Of Leisure Farm Planning And Design In Qingdao Based On Regional Aspect

With our China’s economic development and urbanization process accelerated,the pace of people’s life is also accelerated.At the same time,with the improvement of people ’s living standards and leisure time gradually increased,people’s demand for leisure activities,contacting with nature and a return to frugal life is growing rapidly,especially the demand for a relax in the typical farm environment.People’s yearning for a return to nature and basics promotes eco-tourism and leisure agricultural tourism quietly rises internationally.The theory and practice research on the planning and design of leisure farm have a great significance.This dissertation,from the perspective of regionalism,with the leisure farm as the research object,the discovered problem as guide,and landscape ecology,sustainable development theory,local architectural design,tourism ecology and other disciplines as support,through the study of domestic and foreign cases,summarizes the development characteristics of leisure farm.On the basis of theoretical analysis,combined with field survey and project practice,it discusses the theory and method of planning and design,the sustainable development of leisure farm under the regional style,and strives to combine the regional architectural design and landscape planning preferably.Based on the summary of the leisure farm project in Qingdao,this paper analyzes the design elements of the local leisure farm planning in Qingdao,and summarizes the corresponding method system on the basis of solving the existing problems,so as to design the experience project in the practice project Play a guiding role.In coincidence with the planning and design of ChengYue Leisure Farm in Qingdao,the dissertation combines with the local research and analysis of Qingdao City,applies the operational model,planning and design methods,architectural style,ecological construction technology in the design of the case,and completes the theoretical structure through the practice of design feedback.
