The Design Of Aerospaceradio Frequency Coaxial Connector And Cable Sub-assembly Products

The launch of all types of aerospace vehicle is more and more applied by the rapid development of aerospace technology,the variety of connectors and cable sub-assembly products in every system is more and more diversified and can not meet the specification requirements.The quality level of national products are still keep at a lower level,especially radio frequency coaxial connectors and cable sub-assembly products(hereinafter referred to as products).Although the military grade products already develop to mature,national aerospace products still have so much vacancy.This paper carries out the research from failure mode and analysis,combine with the new requirement from aerospace appliance and dig out the design key-points.Base on theory analysis,further analysis is taken on the design of environmental suitability,structure,reliability and the technology of realization.The right materials are selected through analyzing the weakness and sensitivity under the harsh environment of eradicate,thermal vacuum out-gassing.The product reliability is improved by thermal design,corrosion protection,aging design.Finally,the key processes and control methods is found out by analyzing the production process.Successfully developed,detailed authentication scheme is made and experiments are completely taken including full function,mechanics analysis,extreme evaluation and life span assessment and all the researches show this development has a good mechanical,electrical,environmental characters,the product has a good spatial adaptability,all functional characters are not less than internal and external similar products,especially the VSWR of TNC and SMA fall to 1.25,which is highly beyond the foreign level,reaches domestic leading position and international advanced level,and lay the foundation for other serials products to be developed from now on.
