| Jingdezhen city plans to WUXIKOU reservoir built after the operation,the dike(wall)flood control engineering system "with the Jingdezhen flood control standard basic reached 50 years.But if the flood control engineering system can not be realized,the comprehensive benefit of flood control engineering system and scientific management is difficult to be fully realized,Jingdezhen also faces the risk of flood control.At present,Jingdezhen in the flood control and mitigation of risk awareness still needs to be improved,planning and implementation of effective coordination of engineering and non engineering measures have not yet formed a whole,which has restricted the Jingdezhen flood control comprehensive ability to a certain extent.In many non engineering measures,and monitoring of water and rainfall information transmission,real-time flood forecasting,flood forecasting,flood control and consultation is the most effective tool for flood risk management.Building a set of perfect flood risk management decision support system of Jingdezhen City,to provide technical support for improving the level of flood risk management in Jingdezhen city.Based on this,the feasibility of Jingdezhen city comprehensive flood risk management decision support system development are discussed,including the comprehensive flood risk decision support system design,Jingdezhen city flood monitoring and processing,real-time flood forecasting in the basin model development,city flood model development,flood factor calculation model development,WUXIKOU scheduling scheme and the establishment of analysis method and economic loss of Flood flood emergency plans and response procedures update.According to the analysis,comprehensive Jingdezhen flood risk management decision support system can better serve the water and rainfall information,flood warning,disaster damage assessment of flood prevention work,to provide support for the protection of people's lives and property safety. |
