Urban Planning Research Of Museum Display Design

With vigorously emerging Chinese society and economy,China has stepped into rapid development period of urbanization.Thus the city planning has also been got more and more attention from all sectors of society,in order to explain and represent the results of city planning;the city planning exhibition hall has been appeared all around China.City planning exhibition hall has been also regarded as an important platform and marketing media to enhance the image of the city accordingly.But such emerging trend also caused mechanical imitation and copy on display and design of domestic city planning exhibition halls.In this paper,the relative theories of display design were taken as the basis,through analysis on domestic built planning exhibition halls with certain scale and characters,from space to plane,from intangible to the tangible,from the graphic presentation to the use of sound,light and electricity,by combining the spatial language and exhibition language of the display design,to explore how can we improve the artistry of exhibition halls from the different angles of aesthetics,and create such a visible,touchable and appreciating city planning exhibition hall accordingly.
