Development Of Vibration Monitoring And Condition Monitoring System For Traction Elevator

It has significant social significance and certain economic benefits for monitoring the elevator running status on-line and timely discovering faults or even predicting the failure in advance to achieve security of the elevator.This paper reviews the literatures on elevator monitoring methods and research status at home and abroad.Based on the analysis of the structure of the traction type elevator,the paper focuses on the factors of the elevator operation risk and the typical mechanical fault of the elevator.The piezoelectric acceleration sensor is used to test,store and analyze the vibration signal from mechanical components such as elevator guide rail,brake,traction machine and so on.And constructing on-line monitoring system of the elevator running status.Wavelet analysis method is studied.The wavelet packet multi-threshold denoising method is used to preprocess the signal to remove the background noise of the signal and improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal,and verify the superiority of the method.The wavelet theory method is applied to the fault diagnosis of elevator machinery,and the characteristic information such as the fault of the guide rail,the emergency stop of the elevator and the vibration factors of the elevator car are extracted,which accumulates information for the fault prediction.Based on the above,a set of elevator condition monitoring system based on Lab VIEW platform is developed.The monitoring system of elevator condition can keep the elevator running information through long-term record,and then continuously enrich the information database.The new fault features are stored in the information database,which can be used as reference for the later operation state judgment.For the existing fault information,when the elevator running signal appears again as the basis for the comparison,the type of failure to be alarm,and provide the appropriate solution to the problem as a reference.The research and development of the system can greatly reduce the probability of sudden failure of the elevator,and provide certain information basis for the maintenance personnel in the routine maintenance and special inspection staff developing annual inspection of elevator...
