The Research And Application For The Key Technology Of Gravel Paving Machine

The great changes have been brought by the high-speed development of Chinese economic,one the substantial increase in steel production,with the innovation and development of steel structure manufacturing and processing technology,the number of construction of steel box girder bridge is increasing,and the deck pavement has been a vital element that directly effect the quality of the bridge in the construction process.In bridge deck pavement process the first thing that should be done is paving a layer of gravel,and then with epoxy resin,especially in the process of paving gravel,the effect should achieve a monolayer,uniform,and no gap.Gravel paving machine was designed to reach the above requirements.The working environment and production requirements of gravel paving machine were analyzed,and the mechanical structure have been designed.SolidWorks was used to complete the detailed design of each part.According to the design requirements,the selection of the parts has been finished,and then the different vibration modes have been studied on this basis.With the use of rotor precession and motor load characteristics,as well as self synchronous regulating function of the machine,double motors drives eccentric block reversing rotation was chosen.The synthetic exciting power became a straight line.Vibration model of gravel paving machine was constructed in this form of vibration.The stress analysis was carried out.The motion state of the gravel on the trough was studied,and then,in cloth experiment,the scientific study emphases on the uneven distribution of the gravel.Finally,based on the mechanism from vibration of the gravel paving machine in the eccentric state,solution was in search.Results show that the main reason for uneven gravel was horizontal eccentricity,paving effect of the machine has been improved in essence through the way of counterweight.The installation and action of each mechanism can meet the requirements by experimentation,furthermore,deck pavement was more efficient than before,manual operation has been cut down,which successfully save the cost.
