In recent years, the impact of energy supply on social development is getting more obvious, and an effective way to ease the imbalance between energy supply and demand is by reducing the energy consumption of HVAC.Shijiazhuang city is located in the cold area, where urban sewage is rich in resources, the application of sewage-source heat pump air conditioning system for comprehensive utilization of regional resources is of great significance to this area. This paper focused on the study of application of sewage-source heat pump in building energy-saving,and elaborated the development of renewable energy, explained the basic concept of heat pump and sewage-source heat pump, analyzed the quality and quantity of waste water in the sewage treatment plant of Shijiazhuang city, the content of contaminants in waste water, and conducted feasibility study on the application of sewage-source heat pump.It made the sewage-source heat pump system in the new campus of one college as the researching object, and conducted analysis on simulation, equipment selection and performance parameters, and concluded that, comparing with the city heating network plus power refrigerating system, the sewage-source heat pump is more economical, energy saving and environmentally friendly. The project is divided into pure heating area and air conditioning area, pure heating area operates only in winter, the heating area of which is 0.33 km2;the heating and cooling area of the air conditioning area is 0.18 km2.The sewage-source heat pump system can save RMB 7.96 million yuan and 5,745 tce/a,and can reduce carbon dioxide emissions14,190 tons, reducing sulfur dioxide emissions by 115 tons, reducing dust emissions 57 tons. This project has good economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit.
