With the rapid develops generally high,LOFT as a new kind of family,have a higment of our economy,house priceh stereo space,according to the actual measuring a layer of construction area and there will be a layer of more than half of the area[1],among young people,it is quite popular.Its structure form generally adopts the frame-shear wall structure,make the party as investment is larger,so the frame-shear structure LOFT the optimum structure scheme for high-rise residential research has application value.This paper introduces the origin and development of the LOFT,LOFT structure design of the current situation and future development at home and abroad,as well as the basic design of the LOFT high-rise frame-shear structure points,LOFT sandwich structure scheme,mezzanine floor and the main structure of the connection,etc.Will theory as the research foundation,according to the characteristics of the LOFT layer is tall,sandwich,introduced how to modeling and design how to select the structure calculation parameters and the design principle of high-rise building structure.Combined with engineering example and profiles,depending on the percentage of negative moment at the bottom of the frame column,using PKPM to create four different types of frame-shear structure model,and using SATWE subitems for internal force analysis,draw seven important structure parameters and economic indicators.Use the method of comparative analysis of four schemes comparison,it is concluded that37.40% of the overturning moment at the bottom of the typical frame column frame-shear wall structure scheme of the most reasonable structure parameters,economic index is the most economical,is the optimal scheme.For two typical frame-shear structure scheme comparison,it is concluded that shear wall wall limb width of cross section,with the better solution to the smaller building height.Finally,this article summarizes the conclusion and analysis,in the design of related engineering can be reference for the conclusion of this paper,made clear the shortcomings of this article and need further research direction in the future.
