With the rapid development of social economy, People’s demand for personalized living space is also growing. And the LOFT style in a brand new apartment is introduced into the high-rise building structure which is favored by many young ages. Currently, no matter in large, medium or small cities have built many high-rise apartment LOFT, but some of the published scholarly articles and references on how to implement LOFT style in high-rise building structure are few, And there are also the lack of systematic study on the design method of LOFT floor, the selection of the re-decoration structure, the installation and positioning of the indoor steel structure sandwich.In order to make the designer to design a safe and applicable, economical and reasonable, beautiful and generous LOFT building structure, this paper takes the Xi’an Moore center 3# building as the background, using PKPM software to the framework of the core tube structure system of LOFT floor Planing analysis. The main contents are as follows:(1) Introducing the historical origin of loft culture, the social background of the introduction of the LOFT style in the high-rise building structure and the development status and Prospect of LOFT in China and abroad.(2) Introducing the types and the characteristics of the individual family, the structure characteristics of LOFT architecture, the difference between the re-decoration structure and the Secondary structure. Briefly Introducing the problems such as uneven quality, uniform stiffness, irregular structure, etc. Introducing the advantages and disadvantages of the two forms of LOFT structure design. Through qualitative analysis, the corresponding conclusions are drawn.(3) Introducing the basic features of frame core tube structure, stress characteristics and Stress analysis method, the design of LOFT steel structure sandwich beams and columns; Introducing the types of LOFT re-decoration structure and their respective advantages and disadvantages, and making a qualitative analysis to select the appropriate structural type. Briefly introducing the connection mode and construction points for attention of the LOFT re-decoration structure beam, column and main body, LOFT sandwich type and selecting the LOFT indoor decoration design and giving the requirements. Selecting the appropriate design parameters,(4) Introducing to use the PKPM software to realize the engineering case Planing analysis. Planing three kinds of adding layers on All made LOFT floors, 1/2 of the number of floor made LOFT, 1/3 of the number of floors made of LOFT, then Analyzing the response curves of the various schemes under the horizontal earthquake and wind load and the inter story displacement curves; Comparing the stiffness to weight ratio, period ratio, the stiffness ratio, shear weight ratio and Response force, shear force, maximum displacement and displacement angle under the wind load. Finally comes to the conclusion: 1/3 number of floors of the design into the LOFT family and layout in the upper part of the building height is the most ideal.
