With the film, packaging and delivery industry rapid development, tape cutting equipment market demand gradually expanded; but with rising raw material and labor cost increase gradually, the degree of automation of the current low, lack of function of tape slitting equipment can not meet the requirements of the broad market demand and good economy. This phenomenon, are the key factors to restrict the cutting efficiency analysis results show that the tube is not easy to remove, manual labeling, key cutting efficiency restrict the collection of waste and other problems caused by fast axis full.To solve these problems, the paper analyzes the reasons of influencing the first paper tube is not easy to remove, through vibration and deflection of pipe cutting shaft deformation, on the pipe cutting shaft design using ANSYS on the pipe cutting shaft modal analysis, reduced pipe cutting caused by vibration and friction between the tubes the paper to increase the phenomenon, thus improving the tube removal rate.Secondly, through the analysis on the labeling mechanism, 3D modeling of a linear labeling mechanism, through mathematical modeling of the plate of which ultimately determine the reasonable size, and the bending strength of the support plate to check, verify whether meet the strength requirements, the final design of line labeling mechanism of efficient and reliable.At the same time, through the control of key factors of waste collection department, presents the design of a cylindrical cam to realize lateral movement of the waste side, the establishment of mathematical model of cylindrical cam, cam by MATLAB programming space meshed curve, finally establish the three-dimensional model of cylindrical cam, through kinematics simulation verify the follower in accordance with the design requirements.Finally, before and after the improvement of cutting pipe shaft and the main drive part of the improved wall part, respectively beating test and vibration test and analysis, verify the beating degree of pipe cutting shaft improved significantly reduced, improving the design of each part of the wall vibration did not adversely affect.
