Shaped stamping is a processing method that air defense, aerospace units often uses in their production. And it is widely used in aviation, aerospace and civil fields. The key of sheet metal stamping, stretch forming technology is rebound analysis, mold design, manufacturing, and design parameters of corrected mold. Among them, the rebound measurement and analysis of stamping parts, the compensation for spring-back, and the confirmation of rebound angle are difficulties in all processing. Actually, the reason why it is hard to determine the amount of rebound is it is unable to accurately predict the rebound parts of the stamping parts and rebound's specific value. If the measurement method is not proper, it will directly lead to the measurement error. Besides, each measurement error will be reflected in the design of mold, so the processing of parts will have some errors.The prediction of stamping spring-back parameters is still a big problem. In this paper, I will set a control target on dimensional error that caused by rebound of a sheet metal stamping parts, and establish mold spring-back compensation correction algorithm. According to the laser coordinate measurement data of mold and stamping parts, modify the mold surface. As a theoretical basis, this paper focuses on analyzing the influencing factors of sheet metal stamping parts. And use these factors to control the production of parts.On this basis, the paper also analyzes the impact factors of spring-back of stamping parts. And use the combination of mathematical calculations and computer simulation to spring-back control. After several correction and tests, it can be indicated that this method has good accuracy in predicting spring-back of stamping parts. Also, it can better control dimension errors that caused by sheet metal forming's rebound.
