Research On The Key Technology Of 1800kV Test Transformer

The main insulation and longitudinal structures of 1800kV test transformers are mainly studied in the subject about the key technology of 1800kV test transformers. The following is the main research content.About the main insulation structure of the transformer, based on the insulation theory of the oil-immersed transformer, by using the software named Main-insulation, the main insulation structure is analyzed. The main insulation distance between HV and LV winding is confirmed. The winding end insulation distance is confirmed. The conclusion guides the transformer design and the product.About the longitudinal insulation structure of the transformer, according to the transformer wave process theory, by using the software named T-T, the winding insulation structure is adjusted and the lighting impulse wave distribution is successful. The longitudinal insulation research includes HV winding leading end type, oil channel distribution and turn insulation of HV winding leading end. The safety margin is analyzed about full wave lighting impulse on HV winding. The conclusion guides the transformer design and the product.According to the result of the research, a 1800kV test transformer has been developed and all of the test items have been passed.
